    • Use phone numbers to send OTPs and SMS notifications.
    • Ensure phone numbers are not shared with third parties unnecessarily.
  3. Payment Processing
    • Payments are handled via UBL's secure portal within the App.
    • Only your name and unpaid amount are shared with UBL.
    • No payment card information is stored or managed by the App.

    • Online Request: Submit your request at with your registered CNIC and property details.
    • Email: info@drgcc.com with your registered CNIC and property details.
    • Visit our office at Plaza no 113-a, Fairways Commercial, Phase-VI, DHA Lahore. Upon verification, we will process the closure and delete your data as required by law.

    • Service Providers: Limited data is shared with UBL for payment processing.
