General Questions

No, we do not store any information regarding your Credit/Debit card.

No, you need to pay full amount using Mobile App.

You can use any valid Credit/Debit card to make payment.

Click on the “Pay Now” button on your Dashboard to pay any pending amount. You will be taken to UBL Payment portal to complete your transaction.

You can only update your mobile number and E-mail address. Go to “Profile” to update your records.

You can check account statement by selecting A/C Statement in the menu bar and then selecting property number.

Property Owners using their registered CNIC & Mobile numbers can sign up. An OTP will be sent to registered mobile number for Property owners to create a password for future logins.
